The situation presented by the plaintiffs’ attorneys did merit an investigation contingent upon testification by defendants who allegedly alligated that the contingent witnesses, who allegedly investigated the contingents’ testification, found those allegations to be based on alleged untruths, since further investigation by the plaintiffs uncovered testification which was allegedly alligated to be fabricated and generally contrived. 

It was later alleged that the judge was overheard telling his clerks that he thought everyone involved was “lying like hell.”
