What we Service

In general, we service all types of home, business and industrial electronics, covering a large service area from Pasadena to Northridge and even further on occasion. Our customer base is as wide and varied as the amount of items we service. We are the main servicer to NBC and we also do service for Disney studios, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios too. But the majority of our customer base is local consumers.

TV Repair

ARC TV is a factory authorized Zenith and LG servicer. We repair all makes and models of TV sets from small 9" TVs to plasma, LCD and bigscreen TV sets. We offer home service on those makes and models that can be repaired in the home and offer pick up and delivery on those makes that can't at a nominal charge. We repair everything from the latest models to tube sets from the fifties. We wall-mount plasma and LCD TVs.

DVD and VCR Service

We repair all makes of DVDs, video tape recorders 1/2 and 3/4 inch machines also 8mm formats too. We repair time laps VCRs also. We do not offer home service on VCRs but do offer pick up and delivery and do offer home hook up and explanation. We offer one-day head cleaning upon request.

Stereo, Cassette and Phono Service

We service all makes and models of stereos, cassettes, and reel to reels, DAT machines, 8 tracks and turntables. We work on portable ghetto blasters and old tube radios as well.

Camcorders

We service all formats - VHS, Mini-DV, 8mm, Hi-8, Digi-8, and others. We offer one day cleaning. We sell parts and some accessories for them, like batteries and cables.

Microwave Ovens

We repair all makes of microwave ovens. We also repair built-ins if they can be removed easily. There are a few models we do not service as they are too difficult to get to the insides.

Computers

We repair IBM computers, printers, and monitors and do all sorts of modifications on these and can build them up from scratch to the customer's specs. We do not work on Apples/Macs because they don't want to sell us parts. We will do minor repairs on other types of computers that are simple like an obvious broken connection on a board for example.

Fax Machines

We fix all makes of these. Dat, CD and laser players We service all makes of this equipment too.

Antenna Work

We sell and install antennas, parts and hardware. We can extend and add cable lines. We do not do satellite antennas or install cable but we can rerun or extend cable lines. We are specialists in HDTV antennas.

Phones and Answering Machines

We do work on these items as well.

Lamps and Small Appliances

We fix lamps of all sorts, toasters, hair dryers, curling irons and many other odd items - just call and ask.
